Price: €70 per month minimum, including 15 active employees. Above that, €4.50 per active employee per month. Prices exclude VAT. With a founding code you pay €3.75 per employee for 24 months, with 18 included.
Active employee: everyone with a current employment who is marked schedulable on the billing day. Someone who only administers and works no shifts does not count; seasonal staff out of season neither.
Paying: the first month is paid at signup. After that, the number of active employees is updated every night and billed monthly. VAT invoices arrive by email from Stripe, our payment provider.
Changing the payment method, viewing invoices or cancelling happens under Subscription. You can cancel at any time, effective at once; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
Failed payment: you get 14 days to update the payment method. After that the management screens pause until the payment is in. Employees always keep access to their roster and hours.
