Signing up takes three minutes: venue, type of venue, your name, email and password, a confirmation email, then the first month's payment.

Under Team you enter name and email, everyone gets an email to choose a password; pay rate and contract come later.

Start with a sample week or copy last week, tap a shift to pick a name, and publish; the team sees it at once.

Employees mark per day and service period when they cannot work; you decide until which date that is open and from when it is locked.

Employees clock in by tapping their phone on the NFC sticker or via the QR kiosk; managers can also enter hours by hand.

Under Hours you see worked against scheduled per employee; you approve per line or per day, and automatic approval handles the normal shifts overnight.

Afiyet sorts the hours into the right buckets (youth-wage check, waiting day, sick, public holidays); percentages and the payslip stay with your payroll.

You record a tip pool per day (card and cash) and Afiyet distributes it by hours worked among the employees who share.

Under Hours you download an Excel per week or period with each employee's worked, sick, waiting-day and holiday hours, ready for payroll.

€70 per month minimum up to 15 active employees, then €4.50 per active employee, excl. VAT; you pay monthly by iDEAL, card or SEPA and cancel whenever you want.

Pick 'Forgot password' on the login screen; you get a link by email. An unconfirmed email address or an expired invitation is solved the same way.
