- Open Tips and create a pool for a day or service: card amount and cash amount.
- Afiyet distributes the pool by the approved worked hours of that day among everyone who shares. Approve all hours of that day first; while hours are open the pool cannot be distributed. Those who do not share (office, admin) are set to 'excluded' under Team.
- Click 'Distribute'. Every employee sees their share in the app under My tips. Made a mistake? Void the distribution and do it again.
Afiyet pays nothing out and does not put tips on the payslip; it records and distributes. How you pay out (cash, separate transfer) stays your choice.
Admin hours count as worked, but never for tips.
